Dog walking

All walks are fun and varied with visits to woodlands, fields and reservoirs, which is essential to your dog's mental well-being! No boring trips to the same field everyday, they are more akin to treks. Walks are tailored to suit individual needs and requirements and dogs are grouped based on their personalities and behaviour. For the more adventureous pups, doggy days out are on offer. These are often further afield to nature reserves and national parks, and include at least 2 hours of walking with a short break in between.

 

Pick-up/drop-off to and from your own home is included in the price. My vehicle is fully insured, air-conditioned and fitted with secure dog cages, complete with blankets and toys. There is a soft-sided front seat-box with dog seat belt if preferred.

 

For social dogs, I offer groups walks which can be morning, lunchtime or afternoon, ad hoc or out of hours. Group walks are available to dogs that are well socialised with both dogs and humans and have a good level of basic obedience/recall. I walk in small groups of 4 to ensure each dog is safely supervised. Alternatively I offer solo walks outside of peak hours (morning, late afternoon and evening). Your dog can be walked on or off lead.

 

Whether you need daily walks, set days, occasional walks or walks to fit in with shift work, I am fully flexible. I can also follow any after-walk regime your dog may have, such a hosing down dirty dogs with my portable dog-wash, giving  food or treats or towel drying wet dogs.
